Andrew was raised in Dayton, Ohio and grew up in the Catholic Church. After moving to New Jersey during high school, he met his future wife, Valerie. Andrew came to faith in Christ in 2006, and he and his family joined a local PCA church. They began attending Hope Presbyterian in 2012, drawn to its strong biblical foundation. Andrew became a deacon at Hope in September 2019.

Andrew has been teaching math and chemistry at the Wilberforce School since 2014. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania and completed postdoctoral studies at Princeton University. Andrew also worked as an industrial research chemist for 13 years.

Andrew currently resides in Robbinsville with his wife and son. He enjoys running and is an avid reader of military history.
