Raised in South River, New Jersey, Jeff was brought up in the Catholic church and turned to Christ in his high school years. He earned his B.S. degree from New Jersey Institute of Technology and works for a consulting and municipal engineering firm.
Jeff and his wife Bobbie married in 1990 and moved to Hopewell Township in 1991. They have two daughters, Lianna, who lives at home and Dana, who resides in New Hampshire with their two grandsons. Jeff served as a deacon and elder at Covenant Presbyterian Church and as deacon at Princeton Presbyterian Church before joining Hope Presbyterian Church in 2011. He has served as a deacon here since January of 2013.
